How do I dispute a purchase on my Klarna account?
If you discover that a purchase or charge was made in your name that you did not make or authorize, you must file a claim in writing with us within 60 days of the date the charge first appears on your Klarna statement. Will there be a change to my planned monthly payments if the merchant provides a partial refund?
There will not be a change to your monthly payments if you receive a partial refund from the merchant. Your payments will remain the same and pay off the balance sooner.
How do I increase my credit line?
Klarna frequently reviews your account to make sure you have an optimal credit line available. If a line increase is right for you, it will automatically make it available.
Does Klarna check my credit report?
When you apply, Klarna works with WebBank to obtain and evaluate your credit report and other credit-related information in order to assess creditworthiness. Once approved, we may also receive periodic updates to your report which have no impact on your credit score. Klarna may periodically pull updates to your credit report for line increases and ongoing servicing of the account.

Is there a penalty for late payments?
If the Minimum Payment Due is not made by the Payment Due Date, you will be charged a late fee of up to $25. If the Minimum Payment Due is less than $25, the late fee will be the Minimum Payment Due amount. If a Minimum Payment Due is not made by the Payment Due Date more than once in six months, you will be charged up to $35 without exceeding the Minimum Payment Due.
